Question 1

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for sports goods?

Accepted Answer

MOQs depend on the product family: 100 pieces per design for hand-stitched or thermo-bonded balls, 50 pieces per design for sublimated jerseys and team kits, 100 pairs for boxing and MMA gloves, 50 pieces for padel rackets and 25 pieces for corporate and school orders delivered inside Pakistan. Mixed-size and mixed-colour breakdowns are allowed within the same design.

Question 2

How long does OEM production and delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Pre-production samples take 7–12 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production runs 20–35 days depending on category and volume. Transit adds roughly 5–8 days by air, 18–24 days by sea to EU and UK ports, and 28–35 days by sea to North America. Rail options to Europe average 22–26 days.

Question 3

Which Incoterms and shipping modes do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We quote and ship under FOB, CFR, CIF and fully Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms by sea, air and rail. Our Karachi desk handles origin documentation and customs clearance, while our EU partner office in Italy supports import formalities, VAT handling and last-mile delivery within the European Union.

Question 4

Can you produce fully custom private-label sports equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We manufacture to your tech pack or develop specifications with you — panel construction, bladder type, leather grade, glove padding density, racket carbon layup, GSM and fabric blend. Branding options include sublimation, screen print, embroidery, debossing, woven labels, hang tags and custom retail packaging.

Question 5

How is quality controlled before shipment?

Accepted Answer

Every order passes a four-stage check: raw material inspection, in-line stitching audit, AQL 2.5 final random inspection and pre-shipment loading verification. Balls are tested for circumference, sphericity, rebound, water absorption and seam strength. Photo and video reports are shared before container loading, and third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) are welcome.

Question 6

Which certifications and audits do your partner factories hold?

Accepted Answer

Our partner facilities operate under WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA, amfori BSCI, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS/RCS and REACH compliance, with FIFA Quality Programme and WFSGI-aligned ball production. Audit reports and certificates are available on request for verified buyers.
